Anjou Dental Center: Partner of the Canadian Dental Care Plan
In a bid to make dental care more accessible, Anjou Dental Center is part of the new Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP). This program, active since May 2024, offers public dental insurance to Canadians without private coverage and whose family income does not exceed $90,000 per year.
The program's goal is to allow eligible individuals to have a portion of their dental expenses covered by this plan. We also accept patients who wish to take advantage of their new insurance to receive the care and treatments they need.
Thanks to the CDCP, we can accommodate a greater number of patients, allowing them to benefit from regular and high-quality dental care. Everyone deserves a healthy, functional, and radiant smile. Feel free to contact us to schedule an appointment with one of our general or specialist dentists in Anjou.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE CANADIAN DENTAL CARE PLAN
This new public dental insurance will be available to all Canadians meeting the eligibility criteria in 2025. The program will also be rolled out in several phases. Eventually, eligible individuals (see information below) will only have to pay part of their dental care costs, with the rest reimbursed by the CDCP. The percentage reimbursed by the government will vary depending on your annual family income.
To benefit from this public insurance, you must first apply. A letter will typically be sent to eligible individuals during the initial deployment phases of the program. An insurance card and a welcome kit will be sent to you once your application is made and accepted. Afterward, you will not need to file a claim: when paying for your dental care, we will directly request reimbursement from Sun Life, which acts as the service provider for the CDCP. You will only need to pay the remaining costs, which are not covered by the public plan.

- Not have access to private dental insurance
Online Application : Apply here
Phases of Deployment:

Covered Amounts and Payments
Even if your coverage is 100%, there will be fees to pay, as the CDCP fee schedule does not match that of the Order of Dentists of Quebec, which we use to set our prices. Therefore, you will need to pay the difference between the actual treatment costs and the amount covered.
When receiving your dental care, we will directly request reimbursement from the CDCP, and the response will be immediately accessible. You will then need to pay the remaining amount according to our usual payment terms.
