Arc-shaped wires are then attached to all housings.<\/p><p>You may experience some temporary discomfort after the first setup of the fixed appliances or after the adjustment visits. It will take some time for you to get used to fixed fixtures, which can hinder your lips and the inside of your cheeks for the first week. Where appropriate, an orthodontic wax may be applied to the casings.
